The Fitvids bumper plate set takes first place in this guide because it is the one listing here whose own numbers survive being read against each other. The bullets describe a 50-pound set: a pair of 10 lb plates and a pair of 15 lb plates. The spec sheet gives an Item Weight of 22.7 kg. Fifty pounds converts to 22.68 kg, so the two figures agree, and at £30.91 the set comes to roughly £1.36 per kilo of plate.

Two other details in the same listing do not line up as neatly. The product title is in German and calls the item "1 Paar" — one pair — while the same listing's Number of Items is 4 and the bullets describe two pairs. And the brand field says Fitvids, the manufacturer field says Signature Fitness, while the bullet copy talks about "Signature Fitness Bumper Plates" and "SF bumper plates". Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing; we have not handled, weighed or tested these plates ourselves.
