The Strongway Olympic bumper plate set is number three in this guide, and it is not really one product. The listing covers three plate sets — 50KG, 70KG and 100KG — and each one can be bought with either a 6FT or a 7FT barbell, all shown at £209.95 with 4.5 out of 5 from 36 ratings.

The figure to check on this page is the item weight. The specification table states 62 kg, and 62 kg is exactly the 50KG set (4x 10KG plus 2x 5KG) plus the 12KG 6FT barbell — so that field describes one of the six possible combinations, not the product as a whole. The ratings disagree in a different way: the listing claims 36 ratings, while the bars in the same listing add up to 100 votes. Everything here is taken from the Amazon listing itself; we have not handled these plates or tested them.

## Questions people ask

**What does the 62 kg item weight refer to?**

The listing gives a single Item Weight for a page that offers three plate sets and two bars. 62 kg is exactly the 50KG set (4x 10KG, 2x 5KG) plus the 6FT barbell at 12KG, so it matches that combination rather than the 70KG or 100KG sets.

**How many ratings does the Strongway listing have?**

The Customer Reviews field says 4.5 out of 5 from 36 ratings, while the rating bars on the same page total 100 votes (78 five-star, 15 four-star, 7 one-star). Those bars average about 4.6, close to the 4.5 shown, but their total does not match the 36 stated.

**Which barbell comes with the set?**

You choose either the 6FT bar — 180cm, 12KG, rated 550LBS / 250KG — or the 7FT bar at 220cm, 20KG, rated 700LBS / 320KG. Both have rotating sleeves, a dual knurled grip and two quick-release spring collars.

**Will the plates fit my bar?**

Strongway lists a 50mm / 2-inch solid steel inner ring and a 45cm plate diameter, so these are Olympic standard plates intended for Olympic barbells, dumbbells, EZ curl bars and weight machines rather than 1-inch bars.

**Do the plates mark the floor?**

The listing says the plates are coated in all-natural virgin rubber to protect your floor and the plates and to cut noise, and that each plate is marked with its weight for identification.

**What is the price per kilo?**

The price shown is £209.95. Against the 62 kg item weight that is roughly £3.39 per kilo, but since the page covers 50KG, 70KG and 100KG sets, the price is not tied to one configuration in the listing.
