The jxgzyy Tricep Weight Bar sits at number 10 in this guide. It is an 86 cm / 34-inch EZ curl bar for 1-inch hole plates, with knurled grips, threaded ends and spin lock collars, listed at £38.99. On a list where several bars print a high load rating in the title and a lower one in the specification table, this one does something different: there is only one capacity figure on the entire page, it appears once, in the specification table, and it reads 90 Kilograms. No bullet repeats it, and nothing in the title or the bullets offers a bigger number to compare it with.

What the bullets do claim is reach: they say the bar is suitable for both commercial and private use, while the same listing caps it at 90 kg. Buyers have given it 4.0 out of 5 from 19 ratings, and the rating breakdown printed next to that average adds up to 100 rather than 19 - it shows 20 for one star, 21 for four stars and 59 for five stars. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing as published; we have not handled or tested the bar ourselves.
