## Questions people ask

**Why is it first on Amazon?**

Because it sells well on a large sample at a mid-range price.

**Is the diameter right?**

Here, yes: 14cm. The same product at number four says 33cm.

**Is it soft?**

No, firm: the softer rollers here are at numbers five and six.

**What is the hollow core for?**

It keeps the roller light, at 580g, and stiff rather than spongy.

**Why is it third?**

Because the rank and price are excellent, and the twin listing below it is what keeps it off the top two.

**How many ratings does it have?**

6233 at the time of collection, averaging 4.4 stars, with 65 per cent five-star and 4 per cent one-star.
