Yes4All's T-Bar Row Plate Post Insert is the number two pick in this guide, and it is the entry in the steel group that arrives as a pair: a 20.3 cm pivot sleeve on a 10.1 cm base post, plus a steel double D row handle measuring 19 x 16.5 x 14 cm. It sells for £23.58 with 4.6 out of 5 from 905 Amazon ratings — more money than the rubber bases further down this guide, and carrying the hundreds of ratings those rubber bases do not have.

The number that matters is the one Yes4All prints for load: 880 lb, or 399 kg, on a unit that weighs 2.27 kg. That is a claim in a different league from the rubber bases here, which ask you to believe 50 kg and 0.5 kg on units that weigh more than the load they claim. Not every figure on this listing agrees with the next one, though, and we say where below. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing as published, not from testing we have done ourselves.
