The EVO Fitness MMA gloves are seventh in this guide and, at £14.99, the cheapest pair in it. They are also one of the few listings here whose specification table does not argue with its own sales copy: the Material Type field says Faux Leather and the first bullet says "Matte Finish Faux Leather"; the Closure Type field says Hook and Loop and the bullets describe a "Velcro Loop wrist fasten" and "Double Wrist Support Wraps with Velcro Closure". The weight is given as 220 g, which is heavier than the 200 g listed for the RDX F12 in this guide and lighter than the 270 g WFX mitt.

The star breakdown closes up too: 68 per cent of the votes sit at five stars and 8 per cent at one, which averages to roughly 4.35 against the 4.3 shown at the top of the page, with 675 ratings behind it. Padding is what the copy and the buyers keep coming back to — "Three Layered High Density Foam Core and GEL Protection" in the bullets, extra padding in the reviews below. Two fields are worth a second look: the Age Range Description says Adult, while one of the reviews on this page recommends them for children training at home, and the product code in the specification block is not the code this page is sold under. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing — none of it from testing we carried out.
