The Fostoy foldable workout bench sits at number 7 in this guide at £119.99, with 4.7 out of 5 from 43 ratings and a part number of WB08-1030. It is the full-package shape of bench: adjustable backrest, arm positions, a leg extension with its own plate rod, and a preacher pad that comes off, all on a frame that folds flat and takes up less floor space.

Two numbers in the same listing are worth putting side by side. This is the dearer of two benches in this guide whose spec sheets read almost identically — 7 backrest angles, 3 arm positions, 2 leg curl settings, 110 lbs of plate on the leg rod, and an 800 lbs capacity — the other being £104.49. Nothing in the adjustment counts, the plate compatibility or the stated capacity explains the £15.50 between them. The listing also gives the bench's own weight as 16 kg while claiming 800 pounds of user capacity, and the heaviest load a reviewer here reports pressing on it is 120 kg. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing as it appears, not from testing of our own.
