The Fostoy Multi-Functional Weight Bench is at number 9 in this guide. It is a Roman chair and hyperextension bench rather than a flat bench for pressing: the first bullet point states it is built for focused strength training rather than general workout or bench press use. At £109.99 it costs less than the other two prices quoted in this guide, £331.64 and £224.31.

The figures on this listing do not sit quietly together. The specifications field gives a maximum weight capacity of 1000 pounds, while the bullet points claim the frame supports up to 450 kg. That same specifications field lists the item dimensions as 120D x 19.5W x 39H centimetres — 19.5 cm is narrower than a sheet of A4 paper, and the listing never says which part of the bench that width measures. The page also shows a 4.8-star average from 31 ratings next to a star breakdown that runs to 100, without reconciling the two. Unlike some listings in this guide, brand and manufacturer both read Fostoy, so nothing is hiding there. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing; we have not tested the bench ourselves.
