The MERACH MR-Q1S is our number 2 rowing machine pick and the current number 1 best seller in Rowing Machines on Amazon. It combines a dual track rail that imitates a wooden rower, a quiet magnetic flywheel, 16 resistance levels and a 158 kg maximum user weight in a 20 kg frame. The MERACH app adds free courses, heart rate sync through Apple Watch or Garmin and KINOMAP compatibility.

With 244 ratings at 4.4, the evidence is healthy, and it sits below the DMASUN only because that pool is five times deeper. It ranks as the best rowing machine choice for buyers who prefer a mainstream brand with strong app support. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing rather than our own testing.
