The BONTNGE rope costs £6.99 and is rated 4.4 stars from 585 ratings, with beech wood handles and a woven cotton rope.

It takes seventh because cotton is the forgiving material for a beginner and the construction is unlike anything else here, while its title and its specification disagree about the length by 30cm and its handle field has no unit.

## Questions people ask

**Is it 270 or 300cm?**

The title and the field disagree; assume the longer figure.

**Is the handle 3cm?**

The listing does not say, which is the problem with the field.

**Why cotton?**

It is slower and more forgiving than steel wire, and it stings less.

**Will it last?**

Not as long as the wire ropes, especially on rough ground.

**Why is it seventh?**

Because the material suits a beginner, but the page cannot agree on its own size.

**How many ratings does it have?**

585 at the time of collection, averaging 4.4 stars, with 67 per cent five-star and 3 per cent one-star.
