The NORTHERN Tyre Tread Fitness Slam Ball sits at number four in this guide. It is a no-bounce slam ball with a tyre tread pattern, listed at £20.99, rated 4.6 out of 5 from 245 ratings, and ranked 11th in Amazon's Medicine Balls category. The bullets describe a PVC shell built for high velocity impact, a non-slip grip and a low, even bounce, aimed at MMA, boxing, cross-fit, rehabilitation and general gym and home training.

The weights are where this listing stops adding up. The title names six of them — 3KG, 5KG, 10KG, 15KG, 20KG and 25KG — while the fifth bullet names ten, adding 4KG, 8KG, 12KG and 30KG. The Size field settles on 3KG and Item Weight agrees at 3 kg, so the £20.99 ball is almost certainly the 3kg one, but nothing in the listing ties that price to any particular weight. The brand is a second mismatch: the title says NORTHERN, while the Brand Name and Manufacturer fields both say Fashion Thirsty. A third number disagrees with itself: the star breakdown adds up to 100 ratings, on a listing that claims 245.

## Questions people ask

**Which weight do I get for £20.99?**

The listing never ties the price to a weight. Size is given as 3KG and Item Weight as 3 kg, so £20.99 looks like the 3kg ball, but the title offers 3KG, 5KG, 10KG, 15KG, 20KG and 25KG with no price against any of them.

**How many weights does this slam ball come in?**

Two answers. The title names six: 3KG, 5KG, 10KG, 15KG, 20KG and 25KG. The fifth bullet names ten, adding 4KG, 8KG, 12KG and 30KG to that list.

**Who makes it?**

The title says NORTHERN. The Brand Name and Manufacturer fields on the same listing both say Fashion Thirsty, with model number 5059283126445.

**Does it bounce?**

No. The bullets describe a low and even bounce and say the ball is designed to be slammed into hard surfaces without rolling or bouncing.

**What is it made of?**

The bullet text says hard wearing PVC. The Material Type field says Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and Rubber.

**Is the Fashion Thirsty ball well rated?**

The listing shows 4.6 out of 5 from 245 ratings, with 76 of the 100 ratings in the star breakdown at five stars and two at two stars or below.
