The SPORTNOW 9ft Folding Table Tennis Table is the fourth pick in this guide. It costs £238.99 and carries a 4.8 out of 5 rating from 22 reviews, with a histogram that contains no score below 4 (16 at four stars, 84 at five as percentages). It is also the one table in this batch where the number in the name survives contact with the spec field: the name says 9ft, and the dimensions field says 2.74L x 1.53W x 0.76H metres. In centimetres that is 274 long, and 274 cm is 9ft to within a centimetre. The complaint that applies to the 6ft tables in this guide — a name that describes something 65 per cent of regulation length — does not apply here.

It does not escape entirely. The spec field headed "Set Name" says "Table Tennis Set (5 Piece)", while the bullet lists a game net, two paddles and three balls, and the "Included Components" field names only four things: ball, manual, net, paddle. The warranty is 6 months against manufacturer defects, in a listing whose first bullet says the table suits "leisure players and professionals alike". And a table sold on its eight wheels and its folded footprint of 155H x 152.5W x 50D cm weighs 56 kg. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing for this product; we have not assembled it, moved it or played on it.
