Lions Filled Weight Sand Power Bag is the number six entry in this guide, and it stands out for a reason that is easy to miss: most bags here quote the weight the bag can hold, while the Lions listing sells a filled bag. The 15kg, Blue version costs £26.95 and, according to the listing, weighs 15 kg — its size field and its item weight field say the same thing, which is not something every advert in this guide manages.

That consistency decides whether you need to buy sand separately. The listing offers the bag in 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg and 25kg options and describes the shifting fill as a way to engage the stabilising muscles. It carries 4.7 out of 5 from 406 ratings, 79 of them at five stars and 15 at four. Everything below comes from the Amazon listing for this product, not from any testing of our own.
