The Cowmew KD11481LC is our number 4 best treadmill pick and the serious runner of the September 2026 list. It reaches 20 km/h, climbs a 20 percent auto incline and offers a 48 by 130 cm running surface, which is wide and long enough for full strides, with a 7 HP brushless motor claim, 36 preset programs and a 180 kg user capacity on a 157 cm metal frame.

No wattage is published to verify the 7 HP figure, and we treat that claim with the same caution applied across this list. Owners who actually run on it describe a machine that feels like a gym treadmill, stable at speed and quiet for the motor size, with a large backlit display, handrail heart rate sensors and Bluetooth links to KINOMAP, ZWIFT and FITSHOW. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing rather than our own testing.
