The CV30 Pro carries the joint highest rating in this ranking at 4.6, and the reason it sits above machines with more ratings is the surface you stand on: silicone rather than the hard plastic used by most plates here. That is a small specification with a large effect on a machine designed for bare feet and 10-minute sessions.

It runs 10 programs across 10 levels from a 150W motor, with a remote, a Bluetooth speaker and a loop band in the box, at £99.99 from 532 ratings. The motor is at the bottom of the range published on this page, which is the honest trade for the price: this is a machine for circulation and light work rather than heavy training.

## Questions people ask

**Why does the silicone surface matter?**

Because you use a vibration plate barefoot. Most machines here use hard plastic, which is unforgiving over ten minutes; silicone is the reason this one holds the joint highest rating.

**Is 150W enough?**

For circulation, balance and light toning, yes. If you want the harder settings for heavy training, the 400W LifePro Turbo is the machine for that.

**How is it rated?**

4.6 from 532 ratings, with seventy-eight per cent at five stars — the joint highest score in this ranking, on the smallest sample of the top four.

**What is in the box?**

A remote, a power cord, a loop band and a manual, along with the machine and its 12-month warranty.

**Does it make much noise?**

Owners consistently describe it as quiet, which is the other thing the silicone mounting helps with.
