FK Sports' Olympic weight plates are cast iron with a rubber finish, a tri-grip shape with three cut-out handles, and a 2 inch (50 mm) opening that the listing says fits Olympic barbells, EZ curl bars, tricep bars and weight machines. They sit third in this guide at £46.99, rated 4.7 out of 5 from 91 reviews.

The number to check on this one is the number the listing does not agree with itself on. The colour field names the "C) 2 X 10KG" option — two 10 kg plates — while the Item Weight field reads 10 kg. Number of Items reads 1, against a Unit Count of 2.0 count and a bullet stating each plate is sold in pairs. The title lists pairs at 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg and 25 kg, and the bullets then add 10 kg to that list. One buyer says they weighed their set and found the 2.5 kg plates at 2.3 kg, the 5 kg at 4.7 kg and the 10 kg at 9.2 kg. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing and from buyer reviews, not from any testing we have carried out.

## Questions people ask

**Which weights does the FK Sports set come in?**

The title lists 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg and 25 kg pairs, and the bullet list adds 10 kg to those options. The colour field on the listing names the 2 x 10 kg version.

**Is £46.99 for one plate or for a pair?**

The listing shows a single price of £46.99 against an option it names in the colour field, and a bullet says each weight plate is sold in pairs. Unit Count reads 2.0 count, while Number of Items reads 1.

**Do the weight figures on the listing add up?**

The Item Weight field reads 10 kg and the colour field names a 2 x 10 kg option, so the two fields are describing different amounts. Add up the plates you are ordering before you buy.

**Will these FK Sports plates fit my bar?**

The listing states a 2 inch (50 mm) opening and says the plates are compatible with Olympic barbells, EZ curl bars, tricep bars and weight machines.

**What are the plates made of?**

Cast iron with a rubber coating, per the listing copy; the material field for FK Sports model 29002 lists alloy steel, cast iron and rubber. The tri-grip design has three cut-out handles so the plates can be used without a barbell or dumbbell.

**How is the FK Sports plate rated?**

4.7 out of 5 from 91 reviews. Of those, 84 are five-star and one is one-star, and the Best Sellers Rank is 40th in Strength Training Plates.
