The PhysKcal crumb rubber bumper plates sit at number 8 in this guide, at £69.99, with a 4.7 out of 5 rating from 48 ratings. They are Olympic-style plates built around a stainless steel hub insert, made from recycled crumb rubber and sold as a pair, with single-plate options running from 5 kg to 25 kg.

Most plates in this guide fail the same check: the headline kilos do not match the Item Weight field. This one passes. The colour field reads 'c) 10KG x 2', Number of Items reads 2, and Item Weight reads 20 kg — two 10 kg plates, 20 kg of rubber and steel. The '5-25 kg' in the title is the range of variants on offer, not what lands in the box, so check the variant you have selected before ordering. One smaller mismatch does survive: the title says 50 mm, while the specification says the hub insert is 50.5 mm. Every figure on this page comes from the Amazon listing, not from testing we carried out ourselves.

## Questions people ask

**How much does this PhysKcal pair actually weigh?**

The colour field reads 'c) 10KG x 2', Number of Items reads 2 and the Item Weight reads 20 kg, so the set shown is two 10 kg plates.

**Does £69.99 buy all the weights from 5 kg to 25 kg?**

No. The listing offers 5KG, 10KG, 15KG, 20KG and 25KG plates as separate options, and £69.99 is the price shown for the selected 10 kg pair. The '5-25 kg' in the title is the range of variants, not the contents.

**What bar do the PhysKcal plates fit?**

The listing describes a 50.5 mm stainless steel hub insert and calls them 2'' Olympic weight plates for Olympic barbells and large fitness equipment. The title says 50 mm.

**Will they protect my floor?**

The listing claims the high-density rubber absorbs vibration and impact, protects floors and bars and reduces noise during drops. That is the seller's description of the material, not a result we measured.

**How long are they meant to last?**

PhysKcal says the plates are tested to withstand over 60,000 drops, and that the rough grainy surface resists intense daily use and loosening at the hub.

**How well rated are they?**

4.7 out of 5 from 48 ratings, and the rating breakdown supplied with the listing puts 82% of those ratings at five stars.
