The Elite Body Squad Weight Lifting Belt sits at number 9 in this guide. It is a neoprene back-support belt with a soft cotton lining, a claimed 6-inch width and a stainless steel hook working with a hook-and-loop closure instead of punched buckle holes. At £19.97 it is the cheapest belt in the ranking, and it carries 4.4 out of 5 from 1,663 ratings.

The numbers in its own listing do not all line up. The listing calls it a 6-inch belt, and the item dimensions back that up: 15.2 centimetres wide, which is six inches. The weight is where it stops making sense. The spec table lists Item Weight as 120 g — for a belt it also describes as 6 inches wide and built to hold your lower back under a loaded squat. The spec table also carries an ASIN that is not the ASIN of the listing you are reading. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing itself; we have not handled or tested the belt.
