The VonHaus 2000W corded scarifier is number 6 in this guide. At £169.99 it runs from a 12 m cable rather than a battery, so there is no separate charger or battery pack sitting outside the price. The listing calls it a "Scarifier/Aerator/Rake" in the title, then describes the same machine in its own bullet points as "2-IN-1 SCARIFIER & RAKE". The drums it actually names are two: a raking drum for clearing moss, and a scarifying drum for root removal and soil aeration, swapped without tools.

Where the listing is straightforward, the numbers line up: 2000W corded motor, 40 cm working width, 55 L collection box, five depth settings from -12 mm to +6 mm. It carries 4.6 out of 5 from 48 ratings, and the star breakdown shown on the page is 70% five-star, 24% four-star, 3% three-star and 3% two-star, with no one-star ratings at all. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing rather than from any testing of our own.

## Questions people ask

**Is the VonHaus 2000W scarifier corded or cordless?**

It is corded electric. The listing gives a 2000W motor and a 12 m cable at £169.99, so there is no battery or charger to buy on top of that price.

**Does it scarify, aerate and rake?**

The title lists all three, but the bullet points say "2-IN-1 SCARIFIER & RAKE" and name two drums: a raking drum for clearing moss and a scarifying drum for root removal and soil aeration. Two functions or three depends on which line of the listing you read.

**How deep can it scarify?**

The listing quotes five depth settings from -12 mm to +6 mm and advises starting at the highest position and lowering gradually. The specification line for maximum adjustable cutting height is 6 mm, which matches the top of that quoted range.

**Does the VonHaus 3519048 arrive assembled?**

No. The specification marks assembly as required, and the machine is listed at 14 kg with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

**What do the 48 ratings show?**

4.6 out of 5 from 48 ratings. The breakdown on the listing is 70% five-star, 24% four-star, 3% three-star and 3% two-star, with no one-star ratings.

**Which model number should I check?**

The model number is 3519048, but the manufacturer part number field lists two numbers, 3519048 and 2500192, so the listing is not consistent on that point.
