The ParkerBrand PCS-6200 is a 62cc petrol chainsaw with a 20-inch bar, two chains, a carry bag, bar cover and tool kit, priced at £131.99. It takes third place in this guide, and it earns that spot mostly on its buyer numbers: 4.3 out of 5 from 1,507 ratings, with 67% of those ratings at five stars.

The reason it is worth a closer read is arithmetic. This listing quotes 2.6 kW and 3.5 HP from the same engine, and unlike some of the saws elsewhere in this guide, those two figures agree with each other — 2.6 kW converts to roughly 3.49 HP. It is still a 62cc engine quoting 3.5 HP in a class where the claims run from 3.0 HP to 3.8 HP for identical displacement, so treat the power figure as what the listing states, not as a measurement. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing itself, not from any test of ours.
