The Cathedral 12-inch security box costs £16.25 with 4.5 stars from 2,805 ratings, and it is a steel box with a key lock and a bolt-down kit included.

It takes ninth because its listing contains this category's contradiction in one place: a bolt-down kit in the box and Portable in the special-features field. At £16.25 it is the cheapest way here to get a box you can fix to a floor.
