The Bosch Professional GWS 18V-8 is a cordless 125mm angle grinder from Bosch's Professional 18V System, and it takes fourth place in this guide. Its Amazon listing gives the Wattage as 800 watts and the Horsepower as 800 — the same number sitting in two fields that measure different things. One of those two entries has to be wrong, and the listing never says which. What it does state elsewhere is plain enough: 18 volts DC on the Voltage line, and a Style line reading 'Without battery/charger'.

The 4.7 score comes from 489 ratings, and that is what holds the GWS 18V-8 where it is. The listing puts the tool at 1.22 kg and describes a compact, lightweight design with a slimmed-down grip, aimed at light cutting work off batteries you already own. Everything on this page — the price, the rating, the weight, the scope of supply — is taken from the Amazon listing as it stands, not from any testing of ours.
