The BEJOY Baby Playpen is number 5 in this guide. It costs £69.99 and holds 4.4 out of 5 from 491 Amazon ratings. The listing gives it as 150 x 150 cm and 68 cm high, which its own spec table converts to 2.25 square metres of floor area — the same floor figure as the £169.99 Adventure Lion further up this page, for £100 less. That is the case for the BEJOY: the amount of floor your baby gets does not scale with what you pay for it.

The number that does not hold together is the folded size. BEJOY's spec table lists the folded size as 150 x 150 x 68 cm — the same three figures as the assembled size, so the 'folded' row tells you nothing about how small the playpen packs down. The listing also gives the weight as 4.9 kg and describes the frame as alloy steel pipes with plastic joints, with foam along the top frame and soft mesh side panels. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing; we have not tested the playpen ourselves.
