The Dripex Baby Playpen takes third place in this guide, and it is the cheapest thing in it at £33.59. The listing gives the assembled size as 124 x 124 x 64 cm, which it states as a floor area of 1.54 m² — about £22 per square metre, the lowest cost per square metre of floor here. It carries a 4.8-star average from 2,071 ratings.

The number worth reading twice on this page is the word 'Small' in the product name. The Dripex is listed at 124 x 124 cm, while the KIDUKU 'XXL' eight-panel playpen in this guide is listed at 90 x 90 cm, so the 'Small' playpen covers roughly twice the floor of that 'XXL'. Unlike the BEJOY, the folded size is a genuinely different number: 62 x 62 x 31.5 cm when packed down, against 124 x 124 x 64 cm when up. One caveat is the listing's own: it says the playpen was upgraded on 11 August 2026 and that the latest stock includes ocean balls and pull rings, while earlier orders may not. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing, not from our own testing.

## Questions people ask

**How much floor does the Dripex playpen actually give?**

The listing gives the assembled size as 124 x 124 x 64 cm and states the floor area as 1.54 m². That is the figure to compare between playpens.

**Is the 'Small' Dripex smaller than the 'XXL' playpens in this guide?**

No. The Dripex is listed at 124 x 124 cm, while the KIDUKU 'XXL' eight-panel playpen in this guide is listed at 90 x 90 cm.

**What does the Dripex cost per square metre of floor?**

About £22 — that is £33.59 for the listed 1.54 m², the lowest figure in this guide.

**Does the Dripex pack down small?**

Yes. The listing gives a folded size of 62 x 62 x 31.5 cm, against 124 x 124 x 64 cm assembled, so the folded figure is its own measurement rather than a copy of the assembled one.

**Are the ocean balls included with every order?**

Not necessarily. The listing says the playpen was upgraded on 11 August 2026 and that the latest stock includes colourful ocean balls and pull rings, while orders placed before that update may not include them.

**Can my baby open the zip door from inside?**

The listing says the external zip door opens only from the outside to help keep curious crawlers in. One of the 2,071 ratings reports a baby being able to get a finger under the zip, so it is worth checking the door yourself.
