The iKristin Back Neck Massager is a shiatsu-style massage pillow with heat, priced at £29.99, and it takes number 8 in this guide. It is rated 4.3 out of 5 from 3,417 ratings. The listing's own specification table settles something the headline wording does not: 'Is Product Cordless: No', with 'Power Source: Corded Electric'. The same listing calls the pillow 'Ultra-Portable' and describes an elastic belt on the back for strapping it to a chair or a car seat — which only works where there is a socket to plug into. It also weighs 1.39 kg, against dimensions of 30 x 20 x 10 centimetres.

The heat is where the numbers run out. The iKristin claims an 'Advanced Heating Function' with a 15-minute automatic shut-off and an overheating protection device, but no temperature in degrees appears anywhere in the listing — unlike some of the other massagers in this guide, where the heat settings are given as figures. The massage side is more concrete: four deep-kneading nodes that change direction every minute, and three adjustable speeds. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon product listing for this item, not from any test of our own.
