Position two in this guide, the Snailax SL-128 is a corded shiatsu massage pillow priced at £54.16 and rated 4.3 out of 5 across 9,971 ratings. The counting problem in this listing sits inside a single bullet. The fourth bullet is headed "Triple Heat & Vibration System", and the sentence immediately under it describes "dual synchronized heating zones for neck and back coverage". Three or two — the listing never says which, and the same bullet offers 3 temperature presets without printing a single figure in degrees, so there is no number here to compare with a rival's heat output.

The specification table hides a second mismatch that the product name covers up. The name reads "Snailax Heated Shiatsu Massager for Back and Neck", while Target Use Body Part is listed as "Neck" on its own. What the table does settle: Power Source is Corded Electric and Is Product Cordless is No, so this is a plug-in device, not something you move around the house unplugged. Everything on this page — the price, the rating, the specifications and the quotes — comes from the Amazon listing itself. We have not tested this massager.

## Questions people ask

**How many heating zones does the Snailax SL-128 have?**

The bullet heading says "Triple Heat", but the text of that same bullet describes "dual synchronized heating zones for neck and back coverage". The listing does not reconcile the two figures.

**What temperature does it reach?**

The Snailax SL-128 bullet states 3 temperature presets, from gentle warmth to intense heat, but no figure in degrees is given anywhere in the listing.

**Is the Snailax SL-128 cordless?**

No. Power Source is listed as Corded Electric and Is Product Cordless as No, so the massager runs from a plug.

**How long does it run before switching itself off?**

The bullet states that a built-in safety auto-shutoff activates after 30 minutes.

**What do you get for £54.16?**

The listing gives Unit Count as 1.0 count and Number of Packs as 1, so the price covers one massager rather than a multi-pack.

**How is the Snailax SL-128 rated by buyers?**

4.3 out of 5, from 9,971 ratings on the listing.
