The VASAGLE Bar Stools Set of 2 is the cheapest pair in this guide at £81.16 — the price is for two stools, not one — and it sits at number two overall. It is a height-adjustable, 360° swivel stool in Light Camel chenille fabric on a matte black steel frame, with a gas cylinder, and the listing declares each bar chair carries up to 120 kg. That is the same 120 kg the other cheap adjustable pair declares, against the 136 kg and 150 kg promised by the two pairs costing £200 or more, which carry 37 and 57 ratings between them.

The number that does not hold together on this ficha is the sample size. The star breakdown on the listing — 82 five-star, 13 four-star, 3 three-star, 1 two-star and 1 one-star — adds up to 100, while the same page states 488 ratings. Both figures come from the same VASAGLE listing and they disagree. There is a second split in the same listing: the Item Highlight names the MONNI Collection LJB195LJ02, while the Model Number and Manufacturer Part Number fields both read LJB195W02. Nothing in the listing shows a load test, so the 120 kg is a claim, not a verified figure. Everything below is taken from the Amazon listing as it appears; we have not tested these stools.
