The Affine 600mm Bathroom Vanity Unit is number 6 in this guide: a white gloss, freestanding cabinet with two soft close drawers, a single pre-drilled tap hole and a basin, listed at £229.97 and rated 4.4 out of 5 from 128 ratings. Affine's page credits it with a 15-year guarantee against manufacturing defects and says it arrives pre-assembled.

What the listing does not do is agree with itself on the basin. The product name says 'Ceramic Sink'. The second bullet says 'the basin sink is made from resin', then argues resin is stain and scratch resistant — two different materials described on the same page. The width, at least, holds up: 600mm in the name, 600mm x 850mm x 450mm in the dimensions bullet, and 60W in the spec table. Everything below comes from that Amazon listing and not from a unit we bought or tested.

## Questions people ask

**What size is the Affine vanity unit?**

The name, the dimensions bullet and the spec table all give a 600mm width. The bullet quotes 600mm x 850mm x 450mm and the spec table quotes 45D x 60W x 85H centimetres.

**Is the basin ceramic or resin?**

The listing does not settle it. The product name says 'Ceramic Sink', while the second bullet says 'the basin sink is made from resin'. Affine publishes both, so if the material matters to you, confirm it with the seller before ordering.

**Does it arrive assembled?**

Yes. The third bullet says the cabinet is delivered pre-assembled, and 'Fully Assembled' appears again in the item highlight field.

**How many drawers does it have, and do they soft close?**

Two. The spec table gives 'Number of Drawers: 2' and the bullet lists '2x large soft close drawers'. One reviewer notes the drawers are not as deep as they had hoped.

**What guarantee comes with the Affine CKAMZ2420?**

The listing promises a free 15-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

**Does it come with a tap?**

No tap is listed. The included components field gives 'Vanity Unit & Basin', and the basin comes with a pre-drilled single tap hole for a basin mixer tap.
