The VeeBath EDGE800 is a free-standing vanity unit in high gloss white, supplied with a rectangular ceramic basin and listed at £183.99. It takes the number 9 slot in our guide to bathroom vanity units, and it carries a 4.3 average from 80 ratings — though 7 of those 80 are one star.

On its own listing, the EDGE800 cannot agree on how wide it is. The product name says 800mm. The Size field says 800mm. The last bullet says "Width: 6100mm". The Product Dimensions field says "40 x 810 x 85 cm". That is four figures for one cabinet, and not all of them can be right. The first bullet raises a second question: it describes "the Sphinx vanity unit", not this one, which suggests the bullet text has been carried across from another model in the range. Everything below is taken from this Amazon listing — we have not measured, assembled or fitted the unit ourselves.
