The PRIJESSE diesel air heater takes number 2 in this guide. It is a 12V parking heater at £71.99, rated 4.3 out of 5 from 272 Amazon ratings, and the listing leads with "Heater power: 5KW". On its own terms that figure holds together: the model number is listed as TSD-2(12V 5000W), and 5,000 watts is 5 kW, so the headline and the model code say the same thing.

What does not hold together is the casing. The specification gives an item size of about 15.3 x 5.7 x 5.7 inches — the same three dimensions the 8 kW heater elsewhere in this guide is sold under. One shell cannot be a 5 kW heater and an 8 kW heater at once, and neither listing explains where the extra heat is meant to come from. There is a smaller oddity in the same bullet: the fuel line reads "Fuel gasoline: diesel", so the label names one fuel and the value names another. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing and its customer reviews — we have not run, fitted or tested this heater ourselves.
