The Bed Centre Ziggy Plush Small Single Divan Bed Set is the £250.00 entry at the top of this guide. It is a small single bed — listed at 190L x 75W x 134H centimetres and 51.5 kg — upholstered in beige plush velvet, with two wooden same-side storage drawers and a Chesterfield-inspired button-tufted headboard. It carries 4.2 out of 5 from 4,975 ratings, and Amazon ranks it 11th in Bed & Mattress Sets.

It leads the guide and it also needs a footnote, for the same reason as the rest of the field. The first bullet promises a "Complete Divan Bed Set" and names three things: the solid timber divan base, a 24 cm medium-firm sprung memory foam mattress, and a matching padded headboard. Number of Items agrees, reading 3, and Item Highlight names the mattress and the headboard. The Included Components field — the one field whose job is to list what is in the box — reads "Mattress" on its own, naming one of the three. Everything below comes from the Amazon listing for the Bed Centre Ziggy set, its spec sheet, bullets and customer reviews, and not from any testing we carried out.

## Questions people ask

**What actually arrives with the Bed Centre Ziggy set?**

The bullets describe a solid timber divan base, a 24 cm medium-firm sprung memory foam mattress, a plush velvet upholstered base and a matching padded headboard, and Number of Items reads 3. The Included Components field on the same Bed Centre Ziggy listing reads "Mattress" and nothing else.

**Is a mattress included?**

The bullets, Item Highlight and Included Components all mention a mattress on this Bed Centre Ziggy listing. What the Included Components field does not mention is the divan base or the headboard that the same bullets and the Number of Items figure of 3 describe.

**What firmness is the Ziggy mattress?**

The bullets call it a 24 cm medium-firm sprung memory foam mattress using high-density memory foam, with an open coil spring for airflow.

**How many drawers does this Bed Centre Ziggy base have?**

Two wooden same-side storage drawers. The bullets add that the base has headboard fixings on both ends, so both drawers can sit on either the left or the right side.

**What is the rating?**

4.2 out of 5 from 4,975 ratings. The five bars of the review histogram add up to 100 — 61 of them at five stars, 8 at one star — which reads as percentages rather than counts.

**How is it made?**

The bullets state it is handcrafted in the UK, built to fire-safety and hypoallergenic standards, with a frame listed as wood and velvet as the upholstery fabric.
