At number 3 in this guide, the VASAGLE RVT004B02 is a greige and black dressing table with a three-fold mirror, three drawers, a padded stool and a hair dryer holder. It costs £99.99 and carries 4.5 out of 5 from 2,699 ratings.

The reason it earns a mention here is the depth. The same Amazon listing gives three different sets of figures: "Item Dimensions D x W x H" reads 90D x 90W x 141H centimetres, while "Item Depth" reads 40 centimeters and "Item Dimensions" reads 90 x 40 x 141 centimetres. Those numbers only agree with each other if the 90 belongs to the width rather than the depth — a dressing table genuinely 90 cm deep would be deeper than most built-in wardrobes. Nothing on this page comes from a test of our own; every figure is quoted from the Amazon listing.
