## Questions people ask

**Why does a 4.7-star set rank last?**

Because forty ratings cannot establish whether the set lasts, and it is the most expensive string here after the ivy.

**Can it go outside?**

IP44 means splashes, so a sheltered position is fine and an exposed one is not.

**Does it need batteries?**

No, it plugs in.

**What does 31 volts mean?**

Nothing a buyer can use. It is not the mains voltage and it is not the output of warm white LEDs.

**What are globe lights?**

Each LED sits inside a visible ball rather than on the wire, so the string reads as a row of small lanterns.

**How many ratings does it have?**

40 at the time of collection, averaging 4.7 stars, with 83 per cent five-star.
