The COSTWAY 2-in-1 Electric Towel Warmer is the tenth entry in this guide. It is a six-bar aluminium rail in silver with a polished finish, priced at £54.95 and rated 4.2 out of 5 from 83 reviews. COSTWAY sells it as dual-purpose: a wall-mounted rail for the bathroom, or a freestanding unit on a curved base that can be moved from room to room.

What stands out in this listing is what is missing. There is no wattage figure anywhere in the specification fields — the electrical number the rest of the trade argues about simply is not quoted. Instead COSTWAY gives a temperature: 45°C-50°C within 10-15 minutes, with the caveat that heating time may vary with conditions. The dimensions are just as loose. The listing states a 53cm length and an 86cm height and never states the width of the panel, so you cannot work out how much towel surface the six bars actually cover. The installation type field says 'Screw-In' even though the same listing sells freestanding use as a headline feature. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing, not from any test of ours.
