The Siena is a stainless steel electric heated towel rail measuring 600mm wide by 720mm tall, priced at £79.99 and rated 4.5 out of 5 from 532 reviews. It takes fourth place in this guide. It is a hard-wired rail — 201 stainless steel, IPX4, bathroom zone 2, connected to a 3 amp fused spur — with a dry electric element that the listing gives as 120W.

Two things in the listing are worth flagging before you buy. The heat output is stated as 120W in both the technical bullet and the final heat output bullet, yet the most useful review describes an 80 watt element, so the figure you plan around depends on which part of the page you read. The specification block also lists the brand and manufacturer as Manissa while every bullet calls the rail a Greened House Siena, and the same block gives the item weight as 5.3 kg alongside a unit count of 1.0 gram — a number that is not the weight of any towel rail. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing, not from our own testing.

## Questions people ask

**What heat output does the Siena 600 x 720mm rail have?**

The listing states 120W, in the technical bullet and again in the heat output bullet. The most useful review on the page describes an 80 watt element being used with it, so the two figures do not match.

**Can the Siena rail be fitted in a bathroom?**

Yes. The listing gives it IPX4 and says it is suitable for bathroom zone 2. It is hard wired and connects to a 3 amp fused spur, with a 1m power cord.

**Does it have a timer?**

The listing's highlight line mentions a 2/4hr timer, and a reviewer confirms a switch for a 2 hour or 4 hour auto turnoff. The third bullet cuts off mid-sentence at 'built in on/ off sw', so the timer detail is only fully described outside the specification block.

**Who makes the Siena electric towel rail?**

The brand field and the manufacturer field both say Manissa, while the product bullets refer to Greened House Siena towel rails. The name attached to the rail differs across the listing.

**What warranty comes with it?**

The listing states a 5 year guarantee on the rail and a 2 year guarantee on the element.

**How much does it cost and what do buyers think?**

The listed price is £79.99 and it holds 4.5 out of 5 from 532 ratings, with 74 of those ratings at five stars.
