The Einhell Cordless Jigsaw 70mm 18V PXC is a battery-powered jigsaw that sits seventh in this guide. At £59.54 it is the version that arrives with a battery and a charger rather than a bare body: the included components list names a 2.5Ah battery and a charging device, and the spec sheet says one Lithium Ion battery is "required. (included)". The listing puts cutting depth at up to 70mm in wood and 8mm in steel, with a 45-degree cutting angle and a keyless blade change.

Two numbers in this listing repay a second look. The same 2,700 figure appears twice in different units — "2700 RPM" in the spec sheet and "Up to 2,700 strokes/min" in the item highlight — and a jigsaw moves its blade up and down rather than round, so both fields are describing one measurement. Separately, the published rating breakdown (4 one-star, 2 two-star, 7 three-star, 19 four-star, 68 five-star) adds up to 100 ratings, while the same listing quotes 242 ratings; those 100 votes average to 4.45, in line with the 4.4 headline, but they are fewer than half the ratings the listing claims. The spec sheet also lists "Blade Length: 70 Millimetres", the same 70mm figure the product name uses for cutting depth. Everything on this page is taken from the manufacturer's Amazon listing — we have not measured, stripped down or used this tool ourselves.
