## Questions people ask

**Does it really have twelve layers?**

No mattress does; the field counts materials in a diagram.

**What is Tencel?**

A wood-pulp fibre used in the cover, which breathes better than polyester.

**Is it pocket sprung?**

Yes, in nine zones.

**How deep is it?**

27 centimetres.

**Why is it second?**

Because the sample and the construction are strong and the layers field is meaningless.

**How many ratings does it have?**

2675 at the time of collection, averaging 4.4 stars, with 74 per cent five-star and 8 per cent one-star.
