The DEWALT DWS774-GB is a 216 mm sliding mitre saw with XPS, listed at £269.93 and sitting third in this guide. It carries 4.7 out of 5 from 611 ratings, and the reviews below are written by people who actually bought it: one describes it as spot on out of the box with no adjustments needed, another swapped it in for an old Bosch. The listing calls it a 230V machine, and the spec table agrees.

Then the same spec table contradicts the rest of the page. Power source reads "Corded Electric" and Voltage reads 230 Volts, yet a field called "Number of Batteries" says "Lithium Ion batteries required." The title says 230V while the Item Type Name says "240 V". The bullet list prints "Powerful 1400 watt motor" twice, word for word, and the spec sheet describes the blade as "Rectangular" on a saw sold with a 216 mm round blade. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing as it is published there; none of it is our own measurement or test result.
