The Essy Neck Massager with Heat sits sixth in this guide at £31.99, rated 4.4 out of 5 from 2,449 Amazon ratings. It is a corded shiatsu belt with three adjustable speed levels, infrared heat and Relax/Sport modes, and it ships with both a mains power adapter and a car adapter.

Its listing is the quiet one of the ten. The title and the bullets never claim 3D, 5D or 6D, even though the model number is YC-303D — the only "D" anywhere on the page. On heat, Essy does exactly what nine of the ten do and says only "infrared heat", with no temperature stated in degrees. The number that reads less comfortably is in the ratings breakdown itself: of 100 ratings across the histogram, 9 are one or two stars against 83 at four and five. Everything here is taken from the Amazon listing for this product, not from any test we ran.
