The WOQQW Shiatsu Neck Massager with Heat sits at number 7 in this guide at £27.19, one of the cheaper massagers here, with a 4.3 rating drawn from 1,357 ratings. It is a corded wrap-around neck massager with eight massage nodes, four control buttons — power, direction, speed and heating — and a 15-minute automatic power-off.

Its own listing is where the numbers start to slide. The first bullet sells "8 massage nodes for a deep 3D massage" and never says what the D measures; Medcursor, VIKTOR JURGEN, Snailax and CooCoCo do exactly the same thing in this guide. Two figures in the WOQQW spec table do not sit together either: the massager is listed at 1.65 kg and at 10L x 10W x 10H millimetres, which would be a 1 cm cube. The features list also calls it "Portable" while the power source is corded electric and the listing states outright that the product is not cordless. Everything below comes from the Amazon listing for this item, not from any testing of our own.

## Questions people ask

**Does the WOQQW neck massager need to be plugged in?**

Yes. The listing gives the power source as corded electric and states plainly that the product is not cordless, so there is no battery to charge.

**How many massage nodes does it have?**

The first bullet point says 8 massage nodes for a deep 3D massage. As with the other D-numbers in this guide, the WOQQW listing never says what the D is measuring.

**Does the heat have a set temperature?**

No figure is given. Heat appears in the bullet points and again in the special features, but unlike the COMFIER in this guide, the WOQQW listing quotes no temperature at all.

**Does it switch itself off?**

Yes — the listing describes a 15-minute automatic power-off.

**How big and heavy is it?**

The listing gives an item weight of 1.65 kg and item dimensions of 10L x 10W x 10H millimetres, which would describe a 1 cm cube. The two figures do not match each other.

**What after-sales cover does the listing promise?**

It says that within three years of buying the massager you can ask the seller's after-sales team to solve any problem for you. No further detail is given.
