The Dormeo Octasmart Hybrid Plus is a super king hybrid mattress, 180 x 200 cm, built around a layer of honeycomb-shaped Octasprings plus pocket springs, pressure-relieving memory foam and a medium firmness rating. At £829 it is the most expensive mattress in this guide, and it finishes tenth.

Two numbers in the same listing disagree. The product title and the "Item Thickness" field both give the depth as 22 cm, but the "Item Dimensions" field reads 200 x 180 x 24 centimetres, and the separate measurement field reads "2L x 1.8W x 0.24Th metres" — 24 cm again. At that price the listing still declares 600 pocket coils, while the £143.64 mattress in this guide declares 868. Dormeo's page also shows 68 customer ratings, yet the rating breakdown supplied with it adds up to 100. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing, not from any test we carried out.
