## Questions people ask

**What is pencil pleat?**

A gathered heading with a tape along the top. It hangs from a track or a pole and needs hooks.

No. The components field lists the gathering braid, which is the tape, and does not mention hooks.

**How many panels?**

Two, described as one pair, so 234 centimetres of fabric.

**Can I use it on a track?**

Yes, which is the advantage over an eyelet curtain in the same price bracket.

**Is it thermal?**

It is described as thermal insulated with no figure, like every listing here.

**How many ratings does it have?**

31560 at the time of collection, averaging 4.4 stars, with 68 per cent five-star and 3 per cent one-star.
