The GRIFEMA G951 is a D-shaped soft close toilet seat in urea formaldehyde, sitting at #4 in this guide at £27.89 with a 4.2 rating from 3,253 reviews. It has a quick release button for taking the cover off to clean, four non-slip buffers, adjustable hinges and a fixing kit that includes an alignment template on the instruction card.

The interesting part of this listing is what it leaves out. The DERW seats in this guide quote 150 kg, the WOLTU quotes 175 kg and the SURFOU quotes 200 kg; the G951 quotes no load figure at all, so the seat sitting lowest in the material hierarchy simply opts out of that particular contest. What it does publish is two measurements that don't describe the same object: the Item Highlight says "Fits Toilets 38.2–44.2 cm Long, Hinge Spacing 11–23 cm", while the separate Item Dimensions field says "17.5L x 3.6W centimetres" — that is hinge-sized, not seat-sized. Every figure below comes from the Amazon listing; we have not had this seat on a pan.

No. The listing gives no load or weight-limit figure anywhere, while the other seats in this guide quote 150 kg, 175 kg or 200 kg.

**What is the G951 made of?**

The bullets say the seat is urea formaldehyde, described as more scratch resistant and antibacterial than PP and not easy to fade or deform. The Material field separately lists "Metal, Plastic, Urea-Formaldehyde".

**What size toilet does it fit?**

The Item Highlight says "Fits Toilets 38.2–44.2 cm Long, Hinge Spacing 11–23 cm". The separate Item Dimensions field says "17.5L x 3.6W centimetres", which is hinge-sized rather than seat-sized.

The listing states a "5 year manufacturer" warranty. It does not say what the warranty covers.
