The MOCEL Water Dental Flosser is a cordless, rechargeable oral irrigator at £19.99, with a 350ml removable tank, five cleaning modes and six jet tips. It takes fourth place in this guide. Its listing carries 6,358 ratings at 4.3 — within about 160 ratings of the £69.99 Waterpik Cordless Advanced named in the same guide (6,194 at 4.2) — for £50 less. And where that Waterpik states no tank volume at all, the MOCEL does: 350ml.

What the 350ml does not come with is a time. The listing gives pressure (50-150 PSI) and 2,200-3,000 pulses per minute, but no flossing time in seconds, so it cannot be lined up against the 450ml reservoir on Waterpik's own £35.99 Pulse, which that listing says lasts "up to 45 seconds". Elsewhere the numbers are thinner than they look: the 40 days of use claimed from a six-hour USB-C charge come with no stated tank size or mode attached, and the listed dimensions of 8.1 x 26 x 26 cm sit oddly against a stated weight of 422 g for a handheld device. Two fields read as placeholders — the model number is given as "1" and the manufacturer part number as "01". The rating breakdown on the listing runs 68% five-star and 6% one-star across 6,358 ratings. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing for this model, not from any testing of our own.
