The Haier Cube 83 Series 3 is the fourth entry in this guide. It is a four-door American fridge freezer in a silver finish, listed at 83.3cm wide, 65cm deep and 181.5cm tall, priced at £599.99 and rated 4.6 out of 5 from 64 ratings. The listing leans on Air Surround cooling, Total No Frost and an inverter compressor, and it shows a smart touch panel on the outside of the door.

The number to check here is the capacity. The listing's own spec table gives a total capacity of 467 litres and, in a separate field, a freezer capacity of 311 litres. Both can be true only if the fridge half works out at 156 litres — just under a third of the cabinet going to fresh food, on an appliance sold on the 467-litre headline. The same table files the appliance as "Compact Freezer-On-Bottom" next to a four-door layout and a height of 181.5cm, and it puts the energy rating under a field labelled "Pattern". The review histogram below the rating adds up to 100 bars against the 64 ratings quoted in the headline. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing; we have not tested the appliance ourselves.
