At #9 in our chest freezer guide is the COMFEE' 99L, a black freestanding chest freezer listed at £149.99. What puts it here is not its specification but its price against its own stablemate: the COMFEE' 143L is listed at £134.96, so this smaller model costs £15.03 more for 44 fewer litres, and both offer the same convertible fridge/freezer mode. The model name adds a second oddity — it is sold as the RCC102BL2UK(E), a 102 that the listing pairs with a 99-litre capacity.

The 261 ratings average 4.0 out of 5, but that single figure hides a split: the star breakdown that sits alongside the listing is 64 five-star and 17 one-star, with 19 spread across two, three and four stars. Those breakdown figures add up to 100 while the review count reads 261, so read them as proportions rather than headcounts. On paper the COMFEE' claims a 4-star freezer rating, 4.5kg of fresh food frozen in 24 hours, a 38dB inverter compressor, fridge mode from 1°C to 10°C and freezer mode from -12°C to -24°C, all inside a cabinet measuring 44.6cm deep, 54.7cm wide and 85cm high. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing — price, specifications and review counts — and none of it comes from our own testing.
