This is the fifth entry in our guide to fridge freezers: a white freestanding model sold as a 50/50 split, with 248 litres of stated total capacity, listed at £249.98 and rated 4.3 out of 5 from 103 customer ratings. The listing divides that 248 litres into 138 litres of fridge space and 110 litres of freezer space.

That division is why it sits here. In a guide where three listings give a freezer capacity that contradicts the split in their own title — a 70/30 claiming a 302-litre freezer, two 50/50s claiming 158 and 151 litres — this one's freezer figure of 110 litres comes in just under half of its own 248-litre total. The title and the spec table are telling the same story, which is not something we can say about every machine on the list. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing for this product, not from any testing we carried out.

## Questions people ask

Yes, near enough. This 248-litre Freestanding fridge freezer is listed with 138 litres of fridge space and 110 litres of freezer space, so the freezer takes a little under half. A listing that puts a 158-litre freezer inside a 252-litre 50/50 is a different proposition.

No. The defrost system type is listed as Manual.
