The care advice is where the listing argues with itself: a bullet says the pan is "dishwasher safe" and the technical field "Is the item dishwasher safe?" answers Yes, while the same block of specs gives "Product Care Instructions: Hand Wash Only". The specs also answer "Yes" to "Is Oven Safe", next to a handle listed as Bakelite and described in the bullets as detachable and cool-to-touch. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing, not from testing by us.
