The Oasser Car Boot Liner is a four-layer fabric boot protector with a fold-out section that covers the bumper, sold at £21.65 and placed third in this guide. Its 4.6 rating comes from 4,626 Amazon ratings, and the listing's own Best Sellers Rank puts it 3rd in Car Boot Mats.

The Oasser listing is a clean example of why the numbers on a car boot liner need checking before you buy. The product title states a weight of 1.6KG; the specification table on the same page gives an Item Weight of 1.49 kg. The dimensions row lists 185L x 171W x 171Th centimetres, so the quoted thickness sits oddly close to the quoted length. The reviews below come at the fit from opposite directions — one owner reports no gaps at all, another found it too big for a hatchback. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing, not from our own testing.
