## Questions people ask

**Why do the same 12,160 ratings appear on two sizes?**

Because Amazon pools the reviews of sizes sold under one parent product; this crate and the 36-inch version share them.

**Will my dog escape?**

One five-star review says theirs does and that padlocks were needed; an 18-inch crate has a light latch.

**Is 18 inches big enough?**

Only for a small breed adult or a puppy as a temporary size — measure your dog's length before buying.

**What is not published?**

The wire gauge and the bar spacing, which are the two numbers that describe how a crate actually holds a dog.

**Why is it first?**

Because it has the deepest sample and the lowest price here, with the pooled-rating caveat stated.

**How many ratings does it have?**

12160 at the time of collection, averaging 4.6 stars, with 75 per cent five-star and 3 per cent one-star.
